Delete your Prawo Jazdy GO account or data

Last updated:

This page covers the Testy na Prawo Jazdy GO 2026 app (Prawo Jazdy GO), published by Filip Kowalski, trading as Nomadic Studio, who is also the controller of your data.

A. Delete your account

  1. Open the app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  3. Type your username. If you have not chosen one yet, type the word shown on the screen.
  4. Tap Delete account to confirm. This cannot be undone.

No app, or cannot sign in?

  1. Email help@prawojazdygo.pl and ask us to delete your account. Include your username or the account's email address.
  2. We will ask you to confirm the account is yours.
  3. We answer within one month. If the matter is complex we may extend that by two further months, and will tell you within the first month if we do.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription

You cancel it in the store, ideally before you delete the account.
iPhone: system Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
With an active subscription, Settings → Premium → Manage Subscription in the app takes you there too.

What we delete

  • your Firebase Authentication sign-in account
  • your account details: username, icon, email address, sign-in method and language
  • linked devices and their push tokens
  • progress saved on our server: study history, results, streak and rankings
  • friendships and friend requests
  • blocks you set, and blocks others set against you
  • the link between your account and any reports you made

What we keep, and for how long

DataHow long
Progress saved on your phoneuntil you clear the app data or uninstall
Your reserved username30 days, then we delete the reservation
Analytics events on our own infrastructurewhile they still tell us how the app is used; then deleted or aggregated. We will apply a hard ceiling of 14 months once the automated purge is in place
Statistics in Firebase Analytics14 months at event level
Crash and error reports90 days
Subscription data at RevenueCatfor the life of the subscription and 5 years afterwards, to meet tax and accounting obligations
Revenue and advertising measurement records in our own reporting systems5 years from the end of the year in which the record was created
Purchase and measurement data at Superwalluntil our service agreement ends, under its data processing terms
Backupsdeleting your account does not automatically erase data in existing backups; it goes when they rotate
Reports about other users12 months. A report you made stays without the link to you. A report about you stays with your user ID and your username at that time. Copies already sent to our moderation channel on Telegram are not deleted automatically
Correspondence with usup to 24 months after the matter closes, or until claims become time-barred where a dispute is possible

Apple and Google keep their own purchase records on their own terms. Every period is listed in section 10 of the privacy policy. To request deletion of the remaining data, write to legal@prawojazdygo.pl.

B. Delete some data without deleting an account

You can use this route even if you have no account.

Analytics data

  1. In the app, go to Settings → Analytics ID and tap to copy it. Do this before you uninstall or clear the app data: without the ID we may not be able to find your records.
  2. Send the ID to legal@prawojazdygo.pl and say you want your analytics data deleted.
  3. We answer within one month. If the matter is complex we may extend that by two further months, and will tell you within the first month if we do.

What we do after such a request:

  • delete the events linked to that ID from our analytics database by hand, and confirm it in our reply
  • tell you in the same reply if older events are in an archive or backup, and when they will be gone
  • if you keep using the app, new events can reach the database again. To prevent that, uninstall the app

What such a request does not remove:

  • your account and account data (see section A)
  • data stored on your phone
  • question difficulty totals, which have no attached user identifier
  • purchase records. You can ask us to delete these too, and if we decline we will explain why. Apple, Google and RevenueCat also hold purchase records, and you may need to contact them about their own processing
  • data in Firebase Analytics and crash reports, which expire after 14 months and 90 days

Data on your phone

Clear the app data in your system settings, or uninstall the app. This removes the progress, bookmarks and settings on your device. It does not delete analytics data or an account on our servers. The Android Auto Backup copy of your settings sits in your own Google account, and Google controls it.
