Chapter 1a of Division III of the Road Traffic Act (Art. 70a–70zzc) has been repealed. Since 2023 type-approval and individual approval of vehicles are governed by the Act of 14 April 2023 on vehicle approval systems (Dz. U. poz. 919). These matters are not part of the driving-licence exam.
